To ensure we care for your home with the highest standards, please note that we typically do not:

• Move heavy furniture
• Remove window screens
• Organize personal items
• Perform exterior cleaning unless arranged in advance

Let us know if you have specific requests—we’re happy to customize your cleaning as much as possible.

The Home Must Be Completely Empty

We do not move furniture, and any remaining items or furnishings will require additional cleaning time and an extra charge, which is not included in the original quote.

If furniture or personal belongings are still present, please let us know in advance so we can update your estimate accordingly.

This package does not include interior or exterior window cleaning, blinds, high ceiling fans, or carpet cleaning. If you’d like to add any of these services, just let us know—we’ll be happy to customize your cleaning plan.

Please Note: All Flat-Fee Prices Have a Time Limit

All of our flat-fee cleaning services include a set number of hours based on the size and condition of the home. If additional time is needed, extra charges may apply.
