Our cleaning services are available Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We also offer flexible scheduling options to accommodate your busy lifestyle, including Saturday upon advance request

We bring our own cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure a thorough and efficient cleaning process. However, if you have specific products or equipment preferences, please let us know, and we'll be happy to accommodate your request.

We understand your desire for a well-maintained home, and we assure you that our Go Clean team is professional and well-trained to handle the job. Please refrain from micromanaging during the house cleaning process, as it can make both parties uncomfortable and less productive. Rest assured that our team knows what needs to be done to achieve the results you desire. However, if you have any concerns during your appointment, please feel free to contact us immediately. Your satisfaction is our priority. At the end of the cleaning, we're happy to check the cleaning results together to address any issues that may arise, but during the cleaning process, we kindly ask that you stay out of the team's cleaning area.

The frequency of scheduling deep cleaning for your home in San Diego hinges on several factors including the size of your household, your lifestyle, and individual preferences. As a general guideline, it's advisable to schedule a deep cleaning every few months or at the onset of each new season. Deep cleaning is for homes with furniture and does not include cleaning inside any areas, while move-out cleaning is for completely empty houses and includes cleaning inside cabinets, drawers, fridge, and oven. It does not include windows or carpet cleaning. Additional services not included can be added to create a complete package. Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Yes, Go Clean San Diego is fully insured for your peace of mind and protection.

Booking a cleaning service is easy! You can book online through our website, or you can give us a call, and our friendly customer service team will assist you in scheduling a convenient appointment.

We do not move any furniture inside your home, including stoves, refrigerators, beds, sofas, couches, TV stands, tables, consoles, coffee tables, bookcases, nightstands, etc. However, we will clean as far as we can reach. If you choose to move furniture yourselves, we're happy to clean behind or underneath it. This precaution is to prevent any floor scratching or damage, as well as to ensure the safety of your furniture, especially if it's not in optimal condition.

In the unlikely event that any damage occurs to your property during our cleaning process, we take full responsibility for it. We are fully insured, and we will promptly address any damage by either repairing or replacing the item at no cost to you. Your satisfaction and peace of mind are our top priorities, and we strive to ensure that every cleaning session is conducted with the utmost care and attention to detail.

To ensure that we deliver the highest quality of care to your home, there are certain tasks we typically do not include in our standard cleaning service:

Cleaning the inside of your fireplace

Picking up clutter

Cleaning your iron

Doing/folding laundry.

We aim to leave your belongings in their rightful places when we depart, which is why we leave these organizational tasks to you. However, we are more than happy to accommodate additional requests such as cleaning the inside of your cabinets,

To avoid any charges, we kindly request that you cancel your cleaning appointment at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to adjust our schedule accordingly and provide our services to other clients. Please note that failure to provide timely notice will result in a late cancellation fee of $75. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
