Important Discount Policy:
Weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly discounts apply only when service is maintained on the agreed recurring schedule.
If too much time passes between visits, buildup increases, or the cleaning requires more time than expected for that frequency, discounted pricing may be removed and the visit may be billed at the appropriate rate.
Note: The prices listed are flat-rate estimates and include a set number of hours based on the size and condition of the home. If more time is needed beyond what’s included in your package, additional time will be billed separately. For oversized homes, extra messy spaces, or special requests, we also offer a flexible hourly rate option.
