Flat-fee pricing is based on the PROJECT, not the number of cleaners.
Team size may vary between 2–3 cleaners depending on scheduling and availability. The goal is always to complete the service to our quality standard, even if the time on site varies.
If you prefer to guarantee a 3-person team, we offer our hourly rate option, which is billed by time and team size.
We assign between 1 and 3 cleaning professionals per visit, depending on the size of the home and the scope of the work. This allows us to complete your cleaning efficiently and thoroughly, without compromising on quality or attention to detail.

For safety and liability reasons, we do not move furniture inside your home. This includes items such as stoves, refrigerators, beds, sofas, TV stands, tables, nightstands, bookcases, and more.
However, we’ll clean as far as we can reach around or under furniture. If you choose to move any items beforehand, we’ll be happy to clean behind or underneath them.
This precaution helps us avoid scratching floors or damaging furniture, especially if the items are delicate or not in perfect condition.
Although rare, if any damage occurs during the cleaning process, we take full responsibility. Go Clean is fully insured, and we will promptly address the issue—whether that means repairing or replacing the item at no cost to you.

To maintain quality, efficiency, and consistency, the following tasks are not included in our standard cleaning service:

To avoid any fees, we kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment at least 24 hours in advance. This helps us manage our schedule and offer the spot to another client.
Late cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a $75 fee.
